On November 13, the Minister of Energy and Water, João Baptista Borges, held a meeting at the Ministry’s premises with Tulinabo Salama Mushingi, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Angola.
The Ministry of Energy and Water’s Information Technologies, Institutional Communication, and Press Office in Luanda reported that on November 13, 2023, Minister João Baptista Borges received Ambassador Tulinabo Salama Mushingi from the United States of America at the ministry’s headquarters.
